These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Club Manager, including the Club Manager Discord application, bot, associated commands, graphics, analytics, integrations, subscription features and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
By installing Club Manager, purchasing access to the Service, using its features, or allowing it to operate within a Discord server you manage, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
Club Manager is a third-party Discord application designed primarily to assist football gaming and esports clubs with club management and community operations.
Features may include, but are not limited to:
Features may vary depending on your subscription, server configuration and the current version of Club Manager.
You must meet the minimum age requirements applicable to your use of Discord in your country.
If you purchase a paid Club Manager subscription, you must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement or have the appropriate permission or authority to do so.
If you install Club Manager into a Discord server, you confirm that you have permission to install applications and manage the relevant features within that server.
Server owners and managers are responsible for deciding which members are permitted to use management-level Club Manager commands.
Club Manager operates using Discord and relies on Discord’s platform, APIs and services.
Your use of Discord remains subject to Discord’s own terms, policies and community guidelines.
Club Manager is an independent third-party application and is not owned, operated, sponsored or endorsed by Discord, Inc.
Changes to Discord’s APIs, policies, permissions, infrastructure or platform functionality may affect Club Manager’s operation.
We are not responsible for outages, restrictions, changes or failures caused by Discord or other third-party services outside our reasonable control.
Certain Club Manager features may use publicly or legitimately accessible information relating to EA SPORTS FC and Pro Clubs, including club or match information obtained from Electronic Arts services or interfaces.
Club Manager is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or officially associated with Electronic Arts Inc. or EA SPORTS.
All third-party names, trademarks, game titles, logos and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
Availability and accuracy of third-party match information may depend on the availability and behaviour of external services.
Some Club Manager functionality requires a paid subscription.
Available plans, features and prices will be communicated before purchase.
Unless specifically agreed otherwise, paid Club Manager access is provided on a monthly subscription basis.
The price applicable to you is the price agreed when your subscription is purchased or subsequently changed with your agreement.
Optional paid features, upgrades or add-ons may also be offered.
Payment instructions and the applicable billing arrangements will be provided during onboarding or at the point of purchase.
Where payment is due and has not been received, Club Manager may suspend or restrict paid functionality until payment is received.
We may change the price of Club Manager or introduce new pricing arrangements in the future.
Any change affecting an existing paid subscription will be communicated before it applies.
Price changes will not retrospectively increase the cost of a billing period that has already been paid for.
Any promotional, discounted or specially agreed price may be subject to separate conditions communicated when that price is offered.
You may cancel your Club Manager subscription by contacting Club Manager support.
Unless otherwise agreed, cancellation prevents future subscription periods from being charged or becoming due.
Access may continue until the end of the period already paid for.
Payments already made for a billing period that has begun are normally non-refundable except:
Nothing in these Terms removes or restricts any statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Club Manager may require manual configuration before some features become available.

Where you ask us to begin setup or provide the Service immediately after purchasing, work may begin before the end of any statutory cancellation period that may apply.
Any statutory rights relating to cancellation remain subject to applicable law.
Club Manager may provide server-specific graphics, templates, team branding and other visual materials.
Some features may allow Club Manager’s appearance, server nickname, profile image or other server-specific presentation to be customised.
Availability of these features may depend on your subscription or an optional paid add-on.
Unless specifically agreed otherwise, purchasing Club Manager does not transfer ownership of the underlying Club Manager software, source code, graphic templates, automation systems or original design frameworks.
Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, customers may use graphics produced for their club for their legitimate club, esports, social media and community activities.
You may provide Club Manager with content including:
You retain whatever ownership rights you already have in content you provide.
By providing content to Club Manager, you grant us permission to use, process, resize, modify, display and store that content where reasonably necessary to provide the Service.
You confirm that you have the necessary rights or permission to provide and use that content.
You must not provide content that infringes another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other legal rights.
Server managers are responsible for ensuring they have an appropriate basis or permission to submit player images, names or other personal information for use in Club Manager graphics or features.
You must not use Club Manager to publish another person’s private or sensitive information without appropriate permission.
Requests concerning personal data will be handled in accordance with the Club Manager Privacy Policy and applicable law.
You must use Club Manager lawfully and responsibly.

We may restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe these rules have been breached.
Club Manager provides tools that may allow authorised server managers to perform actions affecting other server members.
Club Manager is not responsible for management decisions made by individual Discord server owners, managers or administrators.
Server management teams are responsible for:
Club Manager may interact with or rely upon third-party platforms, services, APIs, hosting providers or data sources.
These third-party services may change, become unavailable, impose limitations or stop providing certain information.
As a result, individual Club Manager features may occasionally be modified, temporarily disabled or discontinued.
We do not guarantee the continued availability of any third-party integration.
Club Manager may process match, club and player information to produce statistics, reports, comparisons, awards, insights or analytics.
While reasonable efforts are made to provide accurate results, statistics and analytics may be affected by:
Analytics and statistics are provided as club-management and informational tools and should not be treated as guaranteed or independently verified records.
We aim to keep Club Manager available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Club Manager may occasionally be unavailable because of:
Where reasonably possible, significant planned changes or downtime will be communicated to affected customers.
Club Manager is an actively developed service.
We may add, modify, replace or remove features in order to improve the Service, maintain security, comply with third-party requirements or respond to technical changes.
Minor updates and improvements may be introduced without prior notice.
Where a material change significantly affects a paid feature, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate that change.
We may temporarily suspend or permanently terminate access to Club Manager where reasonably necessary, including where:
Where appropriate, we will attempt to contact the affected customer before permanent termination.
We may take immediate action where necessary to protect users, data, systems or third parties.
We reserve the right to discontinue Club Manager or an individual feature.
If the entire paid Service is permanently discontinued, we will provide reasonable notice where practical.
Where a customer has prepaid for a period that Club Manager is unable to provide because we permanently discontinue the Service, any appropriate refund for the unused period will be considered in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances.
Club Manager and its original software, code, workflows, commands, automation systems, databases, designs, templates, branding and other original materials remain the property of Club Manager or their applicable rights holders.
These Terms grant you permission to use the Service. They do not transfer ownership of Club Manager itself.
You may not sell, licence, copy or commercially redistribute Club Manager’s proprietary software or original assets without permission.
Nothing in these Terms claims ownership of trademarks, logos, images or other intellectual property belonging to customers or third parties.
Use of Club Manager may involve the processing of Discord server, user, club, player and operational information necessary to provide its functionality.
How Club Manager collects, uses, stores and handles personal information is explained separately in the Club Manager Privacy Policy.
By using the Service, you acknowledge that your information will be handled in accordance with that policy and applicable data-protection requirements.
You must not attempt to bypass, interfere with or defeat Club Manager’s security systems.
If you discover a potential security vulnerability, exploit or significant bug, you should report it privately to Club Manager rather than attempting to exploit it or publicly distributing information that could place users or the Service at risk.
Club Manager is provided as a club-management and community tool.
We will provide the Service with reasonable care and skill where required by applicable law.
However, we cannot guarantee that every feature will always be available, that third-party information will always be accurate or that external platforms will remain compatible with Club Manager.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees, remedies or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under applicable consumer law.
To the extent permitted by law, Club Manager will not be responsible for losses caused solely by matters outside our reasonable control, including failures of Discord, Electronic Arts, internet providers or other external services.
We are not responsible for losses arising from unauthorised or improper use of Club Manager by server owners, administrators, managers or members.
If you use Club Manager for business or commercial purposes, we will not be responsible for indirect or consequential business losses except where applicable law provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms when Club Manager, applicable laws, third-party requirements or our business practices change.
The current version will remain publicly available at this page.
Where a change materially affects existing paid customers, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice.
Continued use of Club Manager following an applicable update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, subject to any rights you have under applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from exercising rights relating to jurisdiction that applicable law provides to them.
These Terms, together with the Club Manager Privacy Policy and any specific subscription or service terms agreed with you, form the agreement governing your use of Club Manager.
If separately agreed written terms conflict with these Terms, the specifically agreed terms will apply to the extent of that conflict.
